Well, I still need to pick up a few more lawn games on end-of-season clearance to really finish off the “fun” look that I’m going for when you walk in here, but I do have this vintage croquet set that we found in the garage.
I absolutely adore how light-hearted these wall decals make baby Jack’s room feel. The room really transformed for me as soon as I got them up.
They couldn’t be quicker or easier to install and you can get almost any image you want in decal form these days.. A few baseball decals bouncing all over this one wall make the whole room feel super fun, and they help balance out other elements on other walls in the room too.Love it.. My wall decals came from.CozyWallArt.com.
When in doubt, chalkboard it.Chalkboard paint is so easy to find in stores now, it covers anything so easily, and it makes any kid’s imagination run wild with the possibility of drawing on their walls.
If you’re wondering if you should try it, I’ll let my addiction to chalkboard projects speak for itself.
If there’s a look or style of decorating that you think you like, but it doesn’t really fit in with the rest of your house, or you’re a little nervous about it, a kid’s room is the perfect place to try it out and see if it works for you.The area rug is probably going to be the biggest expense, but I’ll be so happy to have a lot of that vinyl flooring covered up until we get around to putting down the hardwood floors in here..
In case you’re wondering, our town’s Target just opened about 6 weeks ago, so I’m still a little bit excited about it.Canadian Superstore is a grocery store here that also carries really great clothing and home stuff.
Nice deal on that neutral Summer quilt right?Too bad it was about 5 years ago..
